About the Park - Jaycee Slo-Pitch Park Calgary

What We're All About

The Calgary Slow Pitch Society (Jaycee Slo-Pitch Park) is an Alberta non-profit society dedicated to growing organized amateur softball.

Our mission:

Inclusive Play: Promoting softball for all persons regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, or ancestry.
Standardized Rules: Establishing uniform rules and regulations for consistent, fair play.
Player Development: Educating and training members in softball fundamentals, rules, and sportsmanship.

Jaycee Slo-Pitch Park features 10 diamonds, conveniently located in NE Calgary between McKnight Blvd. and 32nd Ave NE.

Since opening in 1986, the park has hosted countless weekend tournaments and nightly league games.

Reach out at the start of the season to book diamonds for your group.

While adult leagues fill the diamonds, Jaycee Park is built for the whole family:

Kid-Friendly: A playground is situated in each of the three diamond pods, keeping kids safely occupied within easy sight and earshot of your game.
No Pets Allowed: Please leave dogs and four-legged family members at home, as pets are not permitted inside the park.

Each of our three pods features a fully stocked concession serving up classic ballpark favorites:

Hot Food & Snacks: Burgers, hot dogs, dry ribs, wraps, sandwiches, taco bags, chips, and chocolate bars.
Drinks: Assorted pops, bottled water, and a wide selection of cold beer and hi-balls.

Runs Sunday through Thursday nights. Teams looking to join can email cmlc@outlook.com (or visit cmlcleague.com) to get placed for the season.
